However, now with this feature, you can pin three of your Instagram posts, which will be displayed at the top of your post list until you decide to unpin them.

Archiving old posts
You can use the Instagram Archive feature to make your Instagram page a little less crowded while keeping all your old posts.
Instagram stories have been automatically archived for several years and can be accessed in the Archive section, but you need to do it manually for posts.
To do this, go to the post you want and select the three-dot icon to view options. By selecting Archive, the post will be hidden from the Instagram page, and only you can access it.
