WhatsApp challenges Telegram with a new feature
WhatsApp is testing a new feature called Reply bar, which allows users to quickly reply to GIFs, videos, and images on any page.
Recently, WhatsApp introduced a new feature called Channels, which allows users to create one-way communication channels for extensive and anonymous interactions. Channels function differently from standard chats, and administrators can share various types of content, such as text, images, videos, stickers, and polls, while maintaining privacy for both the channels and their followers.
WhatsApp typically evaluates new features in its beta version and then releases some of them in the stable public version. Therefore, not all the features seen in the WhatsApp beta version make it to the public release.
The WhatsApp beta version 184.108.40.206, released through Google Play, includes a new feature called Reply bar. According to WinBetaInfo, this feature allows users to easily reply to images, videos, and GIFs on the current page, improving the flow of conversation.
